Portable Toilet Service Terms in Evans, GA 30809

Last Updated: 10/29/2026

What Our Portable Toilet Service Covers

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to portable toilet rentals provided by Georgia Toilet Rentals in Evans and surrounding areas. The written quote or order confirmation identifies the equipment, delivery location, rental period, servicing schedule, and removal arrangements included in your order. Hand-wash units, restroom trailers, pumping, extra cleaning, relocation, and other work are included only when listed or separately approved in writing.

The customer is responsible for choosing a safe, accessible placement area and obtaining permission to use the site. Placement on public property may require a local right-of-way permit.

Construction customers remain responsible for applicable sanitation duties under OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51. Accessible routes and facilities are addressed by the 2010 ADA Standards where applicable.

Onsite sewage management is governed by Georgia Rules 511-3-1, and wastewater discharge protections by Georgia Rules 391-3-6. Waste is handled through facilities that accept it; requirements may involve the Georgia Environmental Protection Division and Georgia Department of Public Health.

Columbia County Planning and Development Department requirements may apply locally. Permit fees and unlisted work require separate approval.

Setting, Changing, or Cancelling a Service Date

Delivery, pickup, and service visits are arranged using the dates and access details in your quote or order confirmation. Contact Georgia Toilet Rentals as early as possible if you need to cancel, move a visit, or change the rental period. Any notice period, cancellation charge, or rescheduling condition that applies will be stated in your written quote or confirmation; no unstated notice period is promised here.

Please provide accurate site access instructions, placement details, and a working contact for the service location. Delays caused by blocked access, unsafe ground, locked gates, or conditions outside our control may require a new visit or revised schedule. We will discuss a reasonable alternative when possible.

Changes to unit count, servicing frequency, location, or rental duration can affect the work and its cost. We will seek your approval before performing changed or additional work. An email or other written confirmation can document approval. A requested change is not confirmed until Georgia Toilet Rentals accepts it and confirms the revised arrangements.

How Quotes and Payments Are Handled

A quote describes the equipment and work requested, the service location, rental dates, and any stated delivery, pickup, or servicing charges. It is based on the information available when prepared.

If site conditions or your requirements differ from those details, the quote may need to be revised. A quote is not an order until you accept it and Georgia Toilet Rentals confirms the booking.

Payment timing, accepted payment methods, taxes, deposits, and any applicable fees will be shown in the quote, invoice, or order confirmation. Please follow those written terms; this page does not set a particular price or payment schedule. If an invoice raises a question, contact us promptly so we can review it.

Work outside the approved scope, including extra units, added visits, relocation, or a longer rental, may carry additional charges. We will explain the proposed change and request your approval before proceeding, except where immediate action is needed to address a safety issue or comply with law. The revised written approval will govern the added work.

What to Expect About Service and Equipment

Georgia Toilet Rentals will perform the work described in the confirmed order with reasonable care. These terms do not create a separate written warranty, promise a fixed service life, or establish a warranty duration. Any specific warranty or service commitment applies only if it is stated in writing in your quote, order confirmation, or a separate agreement.

Contact us promptly if equipment arrives damaged, a service visit is missed, or a unit needs attention. Share the site address and a clear description so we can review the issue and discuss an appropriate response. Access problems, misuse, vandalism, movement by others, overloading, or conditions at the site may affect our ability to correct a problem and may lead to additional work or charges under the order.

Do not make repairs or move equipment without authorization. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Where a written warranty applies, its stated duration, covered work, and exclusions control.

Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses

Customers must disclose known hazards and provide a stable, accessible placement area. Georgia Toilet Rentals is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden utilities not identified before placement, or conditions outside our control. Customers should protect equipment from unauthorized movement, misuse, and damage, and should report problems promptly.

To the extent permitted by law, Georgia Toilet Rentals’ liability for a claim related to a particular service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where law prohibits it, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Neither party waives protections required by applicable law.

Applicable rules may include OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 for construction sanitation, the 2010 ADA Standards for accessible routes and facilities, Georgia Rules 511-3-1 for onsite sewage management, and Georgia Rules 391-3-6 for wastewater discharge protections. Public-property placement may require a local right-of-way permit, and disposal must follow wastewater facility acceptance requirements. These references do not replace permits or duties that apply to a specific site.

Questions About These Service Terms

For questions about these terms, a quote, or an active order, contact Georgia Toilet Rentals at (844) 402-2049 or quote@portabletoiletrentalevansga.top. Written correspondence may be sent to Ponder Place Professional Park, 625 Ponder Place, Evans, GA 30809. Include your name, service address, and order details so we can identify the matter.

We may update these terms as our practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be made available on our website or with a quote or order confirmation.

For existing bookings, we will communicate a change that materially affects the agreed service and explain whether it applies to that order. Unless an update states otherwise, the terms provided with your confirmed order govern that booking.

Any change agreed for an individual order should be recorded in writing. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
